The team responsible for the management of the two orphanages is composed of two directors, assisted by two supervisors who are responsible for the academic and spiritual lives of the children, as well as for the daily administration and management of orphanages. They are also responsible to take care of the fields (planting / orchard), livestock and general maintenance of the facilities. The team also has three cooks.

La Bonne Case regularly welcomes visitors from Cameroon and France: co-workers to reinforce supervision and to transmit methods of supervision to vulnerable children, scouts and student volunteers who follow up a project (construction of a building, plantations, animations , Etc.), sponsors and visitors.
